As for my physical development, I'm in training for track right now. I lift weights and run about 2 meesely miles a week. Compared to cross country that is absolutely nothing! But I bench press, do leg extentions, squats, triceps, leg press, arm curls, "cheerleaders", and (I call them)swingers. I'm sore alot but I suck it up....sometimes. It depends on how much I lifted. Haha I can be a real baby sometimes. Oh well, I'll just have to toughen up! Bye!=)

Yeah, we whine together though... I'll try and make it next week, although right after we got off the phone I got another crushing headache. I think I may have pink eye, 'cause my eye was all swollen by the time I ran to take it out. eww, i hope not. Anyway, I think I'll start doing 5 laps again, unless those stupid swingies wear me out again (although the leg extensions also took their toll on me!). ttyl lylas
